The DigiSafe service offers secure storage for digital material which needs to be preserved (potentially for a decade or more), and which may be too sensitive to be shared. Thus for research data, DigiSafe may provide a home for data which must be retained to ensure regulatory compliance, but which cannot be made openly available in an archive such as ORA.
Departments, colleges, or other units that wish to use the service pay an annual fee, and then have access to their own dedicated space. Thus DigiSafe is only likely to be available to you if you are part of a unit which subscribes: consult your local admin or research support staff to find out whether this is the case.
