Microsoft Forms is a data gathering tool that allows you to create forms and share them with others. Using a simple web-based interface, you can create surveys (with branching questions), quizzes or polls. Forms can be open to anyone, or can be restricted to members of the University.
Forms is part of the Nexus365 suite of tools. You can also access Forms by logging in to your Nexus365 account, and clicking the Forms icon, or by going directly to your Forms dashboard.
